About

SAMPI is an experimental Geometry Dash difficulty estimation algorithm, targeting release by the end of 2026. It works by analyzing a macro recorded for a level to gauge its rough difficulty. The project is actively in development, and we're currently assembling a team of collaborators to help ship it.

Funding

Sustaining the team and covering system costs requires crowdfunding. Several contributors have generously offered their time for free, but we're still raising $3,000 to fairly compensate developers. That money will go only toward paying developers, and no part of it is for personal gain.

The Kickstarter opens July 30, 2026.
